How To Find If Someone Is Stealing Your Wireless Internet Signal
If you notice your Internet has slowed down significantly and you cannot find any problems with your computer, you may have neighbors accessing your wireless network. Without a security-enabled network, this is very likely to happen.

Type the IP address of your router’s configuration page into URL box in your web browser. This is different depending on the brand of router you own. F
or Linksys, it is 192.168.1.1, D-Link and Netgear is 192.168.0.1, US Robotics is 192.168.123.254 and SMC is 192.168.2.1. If you own a router different from one of the ones mentioned, check the documentation that came with your router to verify the address.
Type the user name and password into the window that appears. The user name is your SSID which is also your network name. If you never created a user name or password for your network, leave the user name box blank and type “admin” into the password box.

Look for the “DHCP Clients” or “Station List” once you are on the configuration page. Where it is and the specific name may vary depending on your router; “Station List” is the specific name for Netgear routers, while “DHCP Clients Table is the name for Linksys routers.
For Linksys routers, it is under the “Status” tab, then click “Local Network” under that. There is a button for “DHCP Clients Table” on the page.
Open the “DHCP Clients” or “Station List” This gives you a list of active wireless connections to your network. It lists the “Client Host Name,” IP addresses, MAC addresses, and you can also choose to remove one of the computers from the network.
