I get nervous during auditions, got any anti-nervous tips?
Im fine right before the audition. However once i start it, my hands and feet start to get really cold and eventually shake. Then my whole body will start shaking from because im so nervous.
Got any tips or idea that might help me overcome the nervous during the audition?
practice practice practice! and do it in front of everyone so your use to doing it in different places with different faces. And make sure you are moving and not stiffening up. if you get stiff on stage then practice some monologues with friends and just keep moving! And don’t worry about being nervous, that will make you more so. everyone is nervous at auditions, but you have to show them who you are and that you are strong. Its only a few minutes of your life and it will be over as soon as it starts.
