Are there any good white enchantments that are basically anti-green or anti-red in Magic: The Gathering?
Green has some crazy anti-blue and anti-black enchants (like Nature’s Wrath and Reclamation), so are there any good white enchantments that are anti-green or even anti-red?
Also, aside from Moat, are there any that hardcore benefit creatures with flying or basically render creatures without flying useless?
Aside from as the previously mentioned CoP’s for various colors, you may be looking for something specific. As for most white control decks (those that would run color hosers anyways), you do occasionally run into problems with creatures running rampant in between your board sweepers like Wrath of God or Day of Judgement. Some of the older decks ran cards like Island Sanctuary and newer ones ran Solitary Confinement.
Obviously you may need to fix the draw problems with Solitary Confinement if you choose this one. My favorite is Squee (for the discard) + some card draw like Swans. If you aren’t looking for something so controlly, you might wanna look at something like the Spheres:

Most flying creatures have power 4 or less, thusly 1 sphere in its color would effectively half the effectiveness of the flying onslaught you are facing. A CoP can only prevent sources as long as you have mana, but a Sphere of Reason can save you from a billion Pestermite tokens made by Kiki-Jiki.
