Nikon D3100 – Don’t Buy Nikon D3100 Before You Read This!
Nikon has annouced the D3100, its newest entry level offering and also the first DSLR which can record full 1080 HD video. Successor to the previous popular D3000, it is built around a 14.2 CMOS sensor and a 3″ LCD. Like a movie as well, it gains Live View shooting, a wider ISO range ( 100-3200 expandable to 12800) and a host of small revisions. We have been given to a pre-production version of the camera which we’ve used to prepare a hands-on preview, looking at the changes Nikon has made to its best-selling DSLR.
Nikon’s affordable, compact and lightweight D3100 digital SLR features a high-resolution 14-megapixel CMOS DX sensor, high-quality 3x NIKKOR 18-55mm VR image stabilization zoom lens and intuitive onboard assistance including the learn-as-you grow Guide Mode.
