Why does our British video camera only play in B&W when played through our American TV?
Both the Video camera and TV are Sony. Also our Playstation 2 (also British) comes though in B&W even though we have a step-up transformer (40w). The Playstation is 50w, could this contribute to the colour?
We use a system called NTSC in the US. The British use a system called PAL. The color information is in different places in the two systems so one can’t read the other.
