How do i create a flick with liquid eyeliner..?
that is very neat and even on both sides??
Should i eyeline the top and bottom or just the top with the flick??

I use kohl eyeliner along my top lids and then go over it in liquid eyeliner and try and get the thickness the same on each eye. Then I draw a straight diagonal line from the outside corner of each eye and sort of draw a thin triangle to join the top of the line with the rest of the eyeliner again and then colour in any gaps. It’s hard to describe so I don’t know if you know what I mean but I don’t know how else to explain it. I usually just line the top with the flick
