Free and Afforable things in Chicago in November?
Looking at a mini vacation for in November. Mega bus can get us to Chicago for 30 bucks round trip. I haven’t been to Chicago in like 10 years. I liked the Navy Pier and the Lincoln park zoo but will those places be open Mid November?
Need a hotel to stay at for a good price. And some nice, but affordable places to eat and go too.

Check the link below for a list of museum free days, its changed since last year. They’re now corporate sponsored so they do free weeks sometimes.
Navy Pier & Lincoln park will be open then. I believe Lincoln Park in open on Thanksgiving. Navy pier is closed on Christmas & Thanksgiving, and the hours are a little different in the fall and winter.
Check the sites for hotels, some of the more expensive ones have being giving some really great deals, but keep in mind that November is a popular shopping time for tourists.
