which camera should i get between these 3?
i would like a waterproof camera, but the better a camera is, the less likely it is to be waterproof. im getting more into photography and want to be able to take amazing pics.
which camera would you recommend? i want good pictures in low light that wont be blurry.

im debating more closely between the powershot and the sony cyber shot, but like i said, a waterproof camera would come in handy for me, but i like the quality of the others better.
Canon PowerShot S90 is not a waterproof camera, Fujifilm FinePix XP10 is a waterproof camera.
