Is this a good deal? $150 for a used iPhone 3G.?

I’m buying a used iPhone 3G from a friend and he is charging 150 dollars for this transaction. The iPhone is unlocked, and has the iPhone 4′s OS. It has multi-tasking capability, and has a 1.5 megapixel camera. He is including a case and a pair of headphones with the purchase. Is this a good deal? The iPhone is in mint condition, with minor scratches on the back. The iPhone is slightly laggy, but it works just fine. The iPhone is about a year old. Is this a good deal?
It’s a very good deal. However, I have the same phone complete with jailbreak and unlock and I’m betting it’s more than a little laggy. That’s going to get old fast but that’s ok since you’re getting such a good deal.
