Rollei Compactline 55 – can anyone tell me if it’s okay camera?
I wanted to buy this camera to my boyfriend for his birthday. I found it for very reasonable price. He doesn’t need a blow-minding camera, he just needs something to take simple photos that are nice, but nothing special. I can’t find online review for this camera. Does anyone have experience with using it or do you know anything that can be relevant for decision making process? I just don’t want to buy him a piece of worthless plastic.

May I suggest you spend a little more and get a lot more? The Canon PowerShot A1100 IS takes quality pix and has an optical viewfinder that is essential for taking pix out of doors in bright light.
