I bought an Olympus camera the clerks told me was shockproof but the sites dont say anything…?
So the sites dont say anything and the instruction booklet doesnt imply that it is. It even says in th warnings section “Dont drop it or get it near water and keep it out of extreme temperatures”
I thought allOlympus cameras were resistant.
I need a shockproof one because I drop everything. (Just guess what happened to my last camera)
I want to return this one. It was 148 bucks. Is it worth it to return it or should I keep it? I need a new one and all the other shock proof ones seem really expensive! Like over 200! Im very confused with what I should do. Im hoping to buy a camera thats 150 or less. Any suggestions?

If you need the shock proof and water proof features then you’ll have to spend the extra money. Remember, dropping and drowning are the leading killers of digital cameras so buying one of the Stylus SW models might save you money over time.
NOTE: You should tell the manager of the store where you bought your camera that the clerks need better training.
